Great place to stay for a couple of days, great room and bed, bathroom could improve and needs repairs as well as some outside areas. Breakfast included is good, but too crowded. Nice neighborhood with everything you need close by.

Stayed two nights before and two nights after a cruise. All staff I met were very pleasant and the rooms we got were recently refurbished and well cleaned. The pool was not operational (maybe ask before booking) and breakfast options were extremely limited. I asked about the $50 hold when booking and was told there wasn't any holds, however the holds were placed on our cards both times we checked it. Location is good with shops and restaurants close by.

The pool was not operational, and they failed to mention that. Breakfast was really poor ( bread, French toast, waffles, pancakes and butter, cream cheese , fruits . However, there are eating places in mere seconds of the hotel. Staff were friendly, though, and tea was available 24 hours along with free transport to airport and back

Visit didn't get off to a good start as we waited one hour for a shuttle from the Miami Airport - don't think I've ever waited that long for a hotel airport shuttle. At check-in, when my wife asked for details on the shuttle to the Port of Miami (she'd seen mentioned on a La Quinta/Wyndham website), the person at the front desk very curtly said it wasn't available as it required a 3-day advance notice - then offered no help or options on getting to the Port. The toilet seat in the room was very loose - this is a safety hazard and could easily cause injury. The room for the free breakfast buffet is way too small for the hotel. There were many people standing due to no seating, the staff wasn't able to keep breakfast items in supply and the staff removed the breakfast items before the advertised end time of breakfast. Overall, not a great experience.
